Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sgexclusive1@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was received.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange for a replacement.
